Align'd Wellness
This Privacy Policy explains what information Align'd Wellness ("Align'd," "we," "us," or "our") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the Align'd Wellness mobile app and this website (together, the "Service").
In short: your cycle and health data stays on your phone unless you sign in to back it up. We have no ads, we don't sell your data, and we don't use third-party analytics or tracking.
If you connect Apple Health (in the app: Menu → Apple Health), Align'd reads your heart rate, heart rate variability and body temperature to fine-tune your cycle predictions. Align'd only reads this data and never writes to Apple Health. These readings are kept on your phone, and in your account backup if you are signed in. Data from Apple Health is never used for advertising or marketing, never sold, and never shared with third parties. You can turn access off at any time in the Health app → Profile → Apps → Align'd Wellness. On Android, the same applies to Health Connect.
Posts and replies you write in Community are shown to other users under an anonymous handle and stored on our servers. Please don't include anything that identifies you. If someone reports a post, our team reviews it.
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and the items you ordered, so we can deliver it and contact you about it. Payment is cash on delivery — we do not collect card or bank details.
If you connect a partner, only the categories you choose to share are made available to them. You can change this or disconnect at any time.
Safe Space uses your location only while that screen is open, to show hospitals, police stations, pharmacies and other help near you. Your approximate location is sent to Google Maps to load the map and nearby places. We do not store your location, and the app never tracks your location in the background.
We do not use your health data for advertising, and we do not sell, rent or share your personal or health data with anyone for their own marketing.
Your cycles, daily logs, check-ins and health profile are stored in the app's private storage on your phone, protected by your phone's passcode and built-in device security. If you never sign in, this data does not leave your phone.
If you sign in, your profile, cycle and health data is backed up to your Align'd account so you can restore it on another device. Our database is provided by Supabase. Data is sent over an encrypted connection (TLS), encrypted at rest by Supabase, and protected by access rules so that only your account can read it.
Reminders are scheduled on your phone. Turn on Discreet notifications in the app (Settings → Notifications) to hide cycle details from your lock screen.
No method of storing data electronically is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and only keep what the Service needs.
These providers process data only to provide their service to us.
If you join our waitlist, we store your first name and email address to tell you when Align'd launches. Email us to be removed at any time. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when you visit.

Align'd Wellness is rated 18+ on the App Store and is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email support@aligned-wellness.com and we will delete it.
If we make significant changes, we will update this page and the policy in the app, and change the "Last Updated" date above.
